I have to say my 12th birthday. Just everything about that day. It was my first birthday after our dad died, so it was just the two of us. It hurt so much to try and have a good birthday without him there, but Kasper did everything to make it a good birthday.

Of course I am. She’s so much better off than I ever was, but there’s still that worry.

Can I say everything? Just everything about her. Fine, if I have to pick my favorite thing about her, it would be her smile. Just seeing her smile, seeing her happy, nothing bad in the world matters at that moment.
