It’s always great when you get a funny depressed person
and yes like @bisou said - they’ll need coping mechanisms, symptoms and how they respond to them (like, if they’re tired all the time do they spend all night sitting staring at a wall or do they sleep 18 hours a night and never leave their bed, how motivated are they ect. ect.)
As someone who suffers from depression, feel free to ask me if you need an in depth description/tips
It is called endless creativity that goes no-where so I type really fast and get everything done fast then promptly burn out if that makes sense

Thank you thank you. Yeah they aren’t diagnosed with anything. They just at a point of questioning, “why am I here? What is my purpose? Why can’t I just disappear?” With your suggestion I can prioritize his initial mission over anything else, but still give him that constant doubt about himself. Which will leave him to question if that’s what he truly wants anymore.
