Well… although there has been changes here - with ownership and branding - this place is still specific to its purpose. It’s for its users, and it’s paid for for them.
So as much as you are saying that you’re more on discord than here, it’s not very fair if you go advertising something to pull the users who want to be here away from this place, which is set up for them.
You know, unless you were planning to create this on this forum’s discord server.

I’m still active on here, just not as much as I used to be since unfortunately, the site hasn’t been as active like it’s glory days but understandable. I’ve been on this site for years as well, so I would never try to pull anyone away from DQ. It was just an optional advertisement, hence why I asked firsthand so I wouldn’t tick any wrong boxes, I would never try to force anyone to make that choice anyway lol. I love DQ.

Hello! I want to get back into writing through rping, but at present there doesn’t seem to be any new signups. Could someone recommend me one to join that’s still open to new characters? I’m happy to make a character to fit a particular role, if it’s necessary.
I’d guess I’d take around a few days to a week to reply (a few hours at absolute minimum, unfortunately writing fast is not a skill I possess), and I prefer writing medium-to-long posts. Also, fair warning, it has been a long while since I’ve done any of this

The murder mystery RP that I’m hosting is a Clue inspired RP meets Sleepover meets Escape room as my partner said this RP reminded them of. It is a slow past RP currently. I will not be heavily involved outside of the main 3 characters; the host, the butler & servants, and the future teller.
Your character gets a letter that basically says they have a chance to win all of his assets if they are the last person standing at the end of all the trails, but that soon changes when he is killed and all players cannot escape the property. Not only do they have to figure out and survive the killer, but would have to survive each other.
If you think you cannot commit, that’s alright, you can put your character up for adoption or have them killed. Your responses don’t have to be long.
I personally think this RP is more like Clue meets DnD
