Screentone or shading it manually?

What do you guys think?

I personally like shading it manually, but using screentone is also helpful at times.

(@moderators can someone tag artists for me )

taken from google

Screentone is a technique for applying textures and shades to drawings, used as an alternative to hatching. In the conventional process, patterns are transferred to paper from preprinted sheets, but the technique is also simulated in computer graphics, notably in Flipnote Studio and Macpaint.
