At any moment, I’m sure any of us can think of at least one pair of RP characters that we “ship”. Whether the characters are/have ever been together, or not, or even if they would realistically end up together, there’s always characters we like to ship together. Some characters even have many ships at the same time, leaving us RPers debating which ship is the best.
So why do you like to ship characters so much?

I sometimes have that people ship my characters without even knowing and when I then make my own ship, they act all surprise and then tell me about it.
