Being a person from America, this is hard to answer. I honestly don’t want the refugees to risk their lives to get into America if the government is just going to put them in camp like places so that they can send them through the system. I feel like that is a worse fate to go through then not trying to cross the border. Don’t get me wrong, I usually for refugees being let into America but this is a hard time to deal with this situation during the pandemic. Since, they now have to go through testing just to make sure they do not have covid when they do enter America. The risk is way too high right now.
