Side stitch awareness

A side stitch is a severe pain under the rib cage caused by exercise. It can be caused by chest breathing, eating a huge meal before exercise, not warming up, or strenuous exercise. It’s completely harmless despite the stabbing pain, so don’t worry. Just slow down, breathe deeply, stretch from side to side and gently press on the affected area. Yes, I got a pretty bad stitch today, so I looked up how to fix it. Thought I’d share.
