When will the mod elections happen?
You mentioned before they will happen but fraud didn’t get elected. I know jass stepped down and needed to be replaced but I’m confused why an election didn’t happen then?
We don’t hold elections for just one staff member replacement. I have always reserved the right to choose staff members if I need them and they’re ok with it (we’ve done it before). We do elections when loads of staff members need to be added to the team!
If the forums were to close, what would happen to all of our threads?

Can anyone create roleplay guides and discussions? I want to, but I’m afraid and it seems like the only people who are are the staff
The bright side is: I’m fully ok with paying for the forums for now! I just hope I keep my job through the lockdown so I can continue >.< And also, I hope that one day, they pay for themselves!

How do we respectfully confront staff members without tone policing or dogpiling? Also, how do we let people know they hurt us with their words without tone policing?
Always go to @ChaoticDeluge! He knows how to deal with this! If it’s him you need to worry about, come to me and I’ll put him in his place!
It’s always best to take a break (if you’re really upset or angry) and PM someone later or elsewhere. It’s only against the rules if you reply to that discussion with something like “that was rude”. If you talk to them calmly elsewhere and say something like “I didn’t appreciate it when you said this”, that’s mature and 100% in the rules.
This has happened once, trust me she good at it.
But I’ve also mediated a lot of discussions and dealt with a lot of problems here. You can trust me

I had this idea to make a thread/guide on how to make name banners for our RPs w/ Google Docs. I don’t think that counts a “guide” really, that’s probably why I didn’t go with it.

If I ever wanted to leave the staff team, how would I do so in a civil manner? Like with out seeming rude?
Just let us know! I still love so many of the people who aren’t on the staff team anymore! We understand that you put the work in for free and we can’t keep you here!
