Do you like it? I love it. I feel like once you get a taste of sorbet ice cream (especially mango or dragon fruit) then any other kind of ice cream tastes a bit dull and flavourless.

Sorbet ice cream > All the flavours in the neapolitan ice cream
I only like lemon sorbet ice cream 
Everything else tastes too sweet in my opinion

OOh I love sorbet ice cream especially the raspberry flavoured kind.
I used to serve a lot of sorbet stuff. It was pretty nice from the little I tasted, but kids adored it

Is sherbert considered part of the sorbet group? If not I like rasberry and strawberry sorbet.

There’s a slight differnece though.
Sherbet contains dairy products while sorbet doesn’t.

I think I’ve tried sorbet ice cream but I prefer regular ice cream.
