The best social networks for gamers

For tabletop games, I don’t actually know any real social networks for them :eyes: Usually I just hear about stuff from my friends or check out what’s happening at some game shop

There are a lot more things for video games, although there are a lot of subdivided communities :eyes: I think Twitch works really well for finding out about certain games and watching people play and coming up with a sort of community, although it’s not really the same as a traditional social network

@Gamers ~ what do you think the best social networks for gamers are?

I think the best way nowadays is through social media. It’s easier to get a hold of each other to arrange times to play games regardless if they are video games or tabletop games. I know that on certain campuses that students will play board games with others in a big group. There is also the known fantasy card game duels that happen at certain game shops. I have a co-worker who plays Magic: The Gathering at a certain game shop every Friday. Though I’m not sure if it’s still going on.

Discord mostly, lol. Or Reddit and Quora.

Discord, Reddit, Youtube. Literally any platform tbh cos I know there are gaming sides to any social network. (Obviously not every single one but you get it.)
