So far I don’t think anyways bashed God or Jesus or any entities of the Abrahamic pantheon 
but yes good thing to recall this isn’t an excuse to bash them at all.
As far as my opinion goes I love Christ and God I just don’t like a lukewarm or hateful Christians

Raised in an Evangelical church which is already

Tell me about it. I am SERIOUSLY considering Anglicanism: basically Catholicism, but the English version with the Queen as the head of the Church. They allow gay marriage and female priests, so I’ll have a look into it 
It’s kinda sad though

They don’t fully accept the Apocryphal books, but they don’t ignore them like many Protestant churches do, so I guess that’s ok?

I saw this when I was in school yesterday and I was shocked to say the least. Me being an atheist who does support religious people, I was extremely disappointed when I saw this, I thought God was supposed to love everyone regardless? Why does it matter what genders people are into? W H Y D O E S I T M A T T E R?

Honestly it makes me wonder if being religious is worth it or not if all it does it spread hatred. Didn’t the bible say “love thy neighbour?” and treat others as you wish to be treated?” 
But homophobics be like but we are entitled to upload our fossil views and because of our views we have the right to be homophobic
And if you actually know how to read it right, it doesn’t condemn it at all, because actually out homosexuals were such a small minority back then that it probably wasn’t even thought of

You have to ask how did Christianity begin? Who made the rules? Remember when these rules were made, people had a different mindset back then.
Religions need to make an effort adapt to the modern culture and stop living in traditions which have proved to be nothing but destructive. Just like religions were created, they can be adapted too.

Doesn’t help that Christians will quite literally try and tell others that they’re just cherry picking the Bible to conform to their own lives yet they’ll wear silk, eat meat, shave their hair, change their appearrence as if that’s not exactly what they’re doing.

I am a Christian/catholic but sometimes I can’t stand other Catholics, they are such hypocrites.
Also Jesus once blessed a gay couple in the bible.
It was all about rape and pedophilia, because there was a lot of going around.
Not all they are still cultural religions out there.
So far luckily no one has bashed the father.

Also People like picking and choosing from the bible. The bible says not to eat sea-food, yet I see many people eating sea food that are Christians (by sea food I mean food with scales it in/crabs has no scales so it’s ok to eat)
You shall not work on a saturday, yet people work on Saturdays (even the pope, and the people of the parish) Yet the Church doesn’t condemn them.
