Anyone else having cold symptoms? Like not excessive but phlegm, stuffy nose.
I’ve been having that, And literally my anxiety is through the roof.
Although I’m also asthmatic, Although my asthma isn’t bad. Never had an attack in my life and I usually just have wheezing. Still taking my inhaler because I’m a worry wart. My nose has pressure which is just from sinus because the pollen is HORRENDOUS.
I’ve been staying up until 4-6 AM admittedly and I haven’t been eating well, I fell asleep around 10-11 PM (It’s 1:55AM) Currently and woke up weak and tired, Due to my anxiety I began shaking like mad.Which always happens I drank some water and felt better so I think this is happening due to my lack of sleep and dehydration. I calmed myself down now but this coronavirus situation is hindering my mental health.

In Italy and Spain people are getting rid of the EU flags, while I understand their hatred I’m so scared that it’ll ends up into a “brexit” type of situation 
France is still refusing to vote to help us while basically continuing to “force” us to stop seeking help elsewhere

No, they’re doing it because some EU countries are saying that we’re faking the situation only to get money or to give money to mafia. So the population is giving money to the country in order to help others
