Here to say that Dulcie is an underrated fairy
Who’s your favorite fairy?
When I was younger, it was Bess from the books.
Out of the main characters from the movies my favourites are Silvermist and Vidia but I also love the others.
Lord Milori is also interesting ~
I also liked Glimmer and Nyx… And Terrence. As well as Bobble and Clank.
Okay, sO I can’t really choose XD Who’s your favourite?
My favorites are Silvermist and Periwinkle!
Okay time for a long post.
I have 3 Tinkerbell dolls and I also have a doll of Prilla aswell as a fridge magnet.
First time I came across Tinkerbell was obviously in Peter Pan and I love her so much she means so much to me. I even asked @estherdekker to make a version of Tinkerbell wearing black. If I am to get a tattoo at some point in the future, it will be of Tinkerbell.
In the movies my favourite character is probably either Silvermist or Tinkerbell herself. I also liked the way Vidia went from being the mean fairy to being one of their friends although still making mean comments sometimes .
I have 2 games on DS interactive pixie hollow and the great fairy rescue. In the great fairy rescue you play as your own fairy and you get to choose your talent. In interactive pixie hollow you play as Tinkerbell. I have completed both games and love them so much, the colours, the music and just the genuine feeling of happiness they give me.
I always used to picture what myself as a fairy would be like and how I would join their little fairy group, in terms of talents I loved the new one that emerged as a sub talent in the pirate fairy, pixie dust alchemy.
Despite being 17 Tinkerbell will never stop entertaining me and all the other disney fairies are the best thing ever.
Whoa.
I only watched the first few films, so…
Do we ever discover how Tink met Peter Pan?
I’ve never actually seen anything to do with any of this. I’m interested though, the art style always looked interesting to me.
This is also adorable
I bet we will soon, we’ve met a young Captain Hook
Not in any movie :(( If they do decide to show us, it won’t be in a movie produced by the same animation studio (DTS) since it was closed in June 2018.
But, according to the wiki (I believe this is from the books) this is how they met:
Peter Pan met Tinker Bell while trying to steal the tooth of a shark. He had planned to do this by rowing out on a small boat and knocking the shark out cold with his oar - but the shark was bigger than he anticipated and it bit his boat in half. Peter had not yet learned to fly, and so Tinker Bell taught him then and there to save him from the shark.
They have short live spans and there’s a Peter Pan book where another fairy appears as Tink’s replacement because it is hinted that she is no longer alive :((
Poor sad fairy fact
I love the scene in the live action Peter Pan where (spoiler if you’ve not seen it) Tink is lying dead after drinking the poison and suddenly everybody is all like “I DO BELIEVE IN FAIRIES I DO I DO” I used to yell along with them
That scene used to make me so emotional I’d be like HOW COULD YOU LET THAT HAPPEN TO HER?!
He was mean to Tink for the whole movie just because she nearly got Wendy killed (not really her intention)
Besides fairies are like that, they’re not as selfless as certain portrayals make them seem, they’re not evil but they’re not angels and I think that version of Tinkerbell is basically me
Yeah I didn’t like how mean he was to Tink and took that situation to unfold for him to start caring for her again >.<
Tink seems more hot-headed in Peter Pan than in the Disney Fairies franchise though
Well in the movies she does have that hot headed side to her in certain moments, like in the lost treasure where she wishes Blazes noise away (that was so sad I love Blaze)
Infact the whole reason the moonstone broke in the first place was because she lost her temper
Has no idea what this thread is about, but puts it on tracking
That was funny
Also the part in the Pirate Fairy when the fairies are fighting the pirates
My favorite Disney fairy would be Tinkerbell. Forever and ever.
Bump!
