No, sorry, I should have clarified that more, every character currently lives in Kohl. However they could have been born in a different kingdom, but they’d have to have a decent reason as to why they currently live in Kohl.

That’s why they’re on the Slides along with their rulers. Everything is, to some capacity, important. Much like how its important everyone be in Kohl at the beginning and they be a part of the guild.
