Does anybody here speak or is fluent in French?

I want to know if this glosbe translated sentence makes any sense.

Vous êtes accusé de petty vol, perturbation de l’ordre public, dommages à la propriété et bien plus encore. Comment vous plaidez?
Je prendrai votre silence comme un plaidoyer de culpabilité et vous serez emprisonné pour vos crimes.

And if this Occitan version is different enough for the Occitan speaking character to not understand the French speaking ones, if they use grand words and speak very fast so he wouldn’t understand well enough and not know how to defend himself in court.

The sentence definitely makes sense

Small thing - the more common way to phrase this would be ‘Comment plaidez-vous?’

Did you mean to put something else here?

Either way, I looked up examples of Occitan and it looks different enough that I (as a mostly fluent French speaker) couldn’t fully understand what they were saying
