Thomas chuckled at Sanura. “Please, never do take me seriously. I am all flirtation, charm and jokes.” He said “I would hate it otherwise.” He smiled at her and asked “Are you hungry girl?” He looked into the distance where a few trees stood out, clearly having produce while the ones near them had nothing of the sort. "Somebody, might and somebody clearly would see us if we were in the garden, but in the orchard … " He looked at her with a coy but wide smile. “You can hide while you eat. It’s my favorite place ever.” He said. He remebered he forgot to tell his name so he said. “Believe Thomas Hemming when he says the produce here is good, he works on them himself.” He looked into the apples he knew would make a great strudel.

“Really?” Andrea asked, a bit shocked. “You don’t find the wretched sounds of drilling and hammering, iron clanking and things like that annoying, but talking is what it does for you?” She said, wondering about what Wren just said, but then she remebered something and retracked her statement. “Actually, forget what I just said … I just remebered growing up on the farm made me like the sound of farm toold, including the lawnmower. Trust me, I don’t mind hearing the lawn mower, I actually consider it to be a nice way to wake up. I swear, you get used to it just starting somewhere in the morning so in time it starts to be your idea of what a morning sounds like … Just like birds. Can you imagine how weird it would sound like if the sound of birds wasn’t usually a morning sound and then all of a sudden you heard it one morning? It would probably be percieved as an annoying sound.”

Wren shrugged. “That’s what I grew up with, so I got used to it. Simple as that.” They chuckled when Andie retracted her statement, nodding. “Yeah, exactly. You get used to what you’ve been around, and new sounds become jarring. We couldn’t talk at the shop due to the noise, so I’m not used to talking. Also, I’m not much of a talker myself.” Wren explained. “Make sense?” They asked, cocking their head. Andie then mentioned birds, and Wren nodded. “Yeah, that would be a huge surprise. It would take time to get used to.”

“Really? I quite believe burning a house could be quite fun, joking of course.” She laughed. She wasn’t joking, well only just a little. Sometimes Lore wondered how it would feel to put all her problems in a house and watch them burn, would that be considered running from them or facing them? Facing them Lore decided, it would be facing them as she would be bringing their destruction- ok back to normal.

“Thank God, we never know the many talking rats that could be running through the palace.” She imitated Margo’s hand on lips, her mouth curling into a small smile. Margo reminded her of her best friend in her providence. She was quite fun, brought a colorful vibe to this colorless palace and providence (the providence was certainly colorful but Lore wouldn’t admit that)

“Horseback riding?” Lore’s eyes brightened, if there was one thing she loved more than archery, fencing or sword dancing it was definitely horse riding. There was nothing more freeing than riding a horse, “Do you think they would let us horse ride or is too early?” her lips curled into a smirk, she had forgotten the possibility of horse back riding, fck she had forgotten to bring her usual clothes for horse back riding. She looked margo up and down, sizing her up, she wondered if Margo clothes would fit her, “And if they do, do you have any extra riding clothes?” If she didn’t, Lore could simply use her archery clothes.

He was almost caught by Lore. Lore would be so pissed off if she discovered that he was here, that he was here to fcking spy on her in order to protect her. His little sister was way too stubborn for her own good, way to fcking stubborn. How did she expect to truly protect herself if she couldn’t detect him? He shook her head, she needed more practice and Cesar would be happy to help once all this is over. Cesar glanced at her, she was currently talking to a tanned skinned light brown hair curled girl, the conversation seemed good. Cesar’s lips curled to a smirk, it seems that little Lore has found herself a friend. He would go and in form his brothers of this, what was her name again, M-m-margo? Something like that.

Cesar debated on whether he should continue to eavesdrop on his sister and Margo’s conversation or not, he decided on the not. Margo’s didn’t seem dangerous or harmful, he would rate her a 3.4 in terms of danger so he left. He was going to roll a blunt before continuing with his other guard duties. He walked towards a space that always seemed to be empty in the palace and pulled a cigarette, before you guys go, ‘he shouldn’t be smoking in the castle’ ‘he shouldn’t be smoking inside’ or ‘he shouldn’t be smoking because his a warrior and his lungs’ or blah blah shut up Cesar knows. But it was whatever, he wasn’t going to get caught- He never got caught except once by Rubion who gave him a disappointed look but didn’t say much. granted he was 16 at the time but it was never really that serious. It was but not really at the same time. Whatever, Cesar only pulled a cig when he wanted to relieve some stress.

Sigh, he was really worried for his sister. He closed his eyes tight, he wondered if she was done with her conversation and how long his guard duty would take before he could spy on her again. His eyes shut wide open and he dropped his cig when he heard the footsteps of someone coming, he quickly stepped on his cigarette and picked it up, putting in his pocket. A slightly tanned girl with brown hair stepped in, one of the selected definitely, Cesar stood straight. He bowed, “Does the lady of Lavender need helped?” He asked calling her lady of Lavender in reference to her dress. “Are you perhaps lost?” Because what other reason would she come to a dead end.

Alviva nods. “It’s hard at first. You suddenly hear noises that you normally don’t hear, from a water pipe to a bird digging in the storm drain. It actually feels like you’re missing something around you, but it’s not a hard feeling of loneliness, it’s very subtle” Alviva explains before listening in silence as Camila’s voice slowly changes as she talks. They were small changes, from a difference in pace to the glint in her eyes turning from happiness to tears. During her outburst, Alviva doesn’t say a word. She didn’t know what might be appropriate in this situation, and saying nothing seemed like a better option. “You don’t need to apologize. You don’t want to know how much I cried the first time I found myself feeling lonely and hating the emptiness. That first time is very overwhelming” she says, wiping her thumb under Camila’s eyes to fix the smeared makeup. “Maybe it’s a good thing we both had our worst first impressions together, if someone has to see that worst one, then it might as well be the one who has one just as bad.” she laughed.

“most people around me read autobiographies, historical books and stories about a specific subject they work in. 'It is ‘unheard of’ that someone in my immediate environment wastes their time on fiction and fairy tales, as it is said in my neighborhood” she quotes her mother. “that’s why I always read them when I’m alone, because I like to escape the boring reality for a while” she explains. “I’ve got a few books I still need to read, if I’ve finished them and liked them, I’ll pass them on” she says before pausing for a few seconds to reconsider her offer. “Know that it’s a very low level of books…” she quickly adds.

When Camila then apologizes for her regular transition to Spanish, Alviva shrugs her off. “there is no need to apologize. In my region there are few special cultural features. We simply speak English with no particular accent or dialect. We adhere to the norms and it is actually very boring. My mother always taught us that we are the center of culture, a blank canvas on which other cultures have expanded and developed. We are ‘normal’ and the rest have separated themselves from that” she mutters and as she says it she hears for herself how bad it sounds. “I always thought we were the only ones without culture…which made me interested in everyone with a culture and secretly hoped that we had something similar” she says with a smile. “so don’t apologize for something you should be proud of” she adds.

“gotcha, good to know” she says and thinks for a few minutes. “same goes for me, it’s just jokes” she says. She never really saw a reason to actually start a relationship. Much to the chagrin of her parents, especially her mother, she was never really involved with boys. Romance was always something she found for other people, part of the reason she wasn’t looking forward to the selection because she already knew it wasn’t going to be her. Silently she follows him to the orchad. the trees stood tall above them and the fruits looked as if they were ready to be harvested. “I’ll remember if I ever see him, sir ‘didn’t bother to share his name when he asked for mine’,” she says as she reaches for a nectarine. “so tell me, what made you want to be a gardener?” she then asks.

“Well in that case, you’ll have to remeber me. Just so you know, Thomas apologizes for not giving out his name earlier, he simply forgot.” Thomas thought for a moment. “Or he was blinded by your charm and beauty … You know, either of those.” Thomas took a crisp looking red apple as she took a nectarine and he bit into it, filling his mouth with the sweet contents of the apple while he was listening to her question. After he swallowed it down, he used his thumb to wipe off the sticky nectar from his lower lip before he answered it “Why don’t you take a big bite off the sweet, plump nectarine you’re holding there and find out the reason yourself?”

Emberlynn felt like she had found an equal in Fabianne, someone who thought fairly similar to her. This showed when Fabianne told her books were a good judge of character, as that was exactly how Emberlynn felt as well. “The books one reads is the window to ones soul” Emberlynn said “At least, this is how my mother in fact would encourage me to read a greater quantity of books. On that note, if I may ask, it makes me ponder which books you have brought?” she asked looking directly at Fabianne, and with a soft friendly smile.

“That is a wonderful mindset” she nodded “I aspire to be more as such. Unfortunately however, everyone’s expectations of me are extortionatly high. Including those of myself,” she continued quietly not feeling necessary proud of what she was about to say “when everyone surrounding you deems you much worthy of being a princess your entire life, I would be disappointed not reaching the final 5 at a minimum” she sighted. It was unlike Emberlynn to show herself as truthfully as she has shown Fabianne.

It took Emberlynn by suprise, being encouraged by Fabianne to follow her heart. It was unlike anything anyone else had done. “Thank you. It means a lot” she said looking shyly at her feet. She was not used to people caring about her, her parents had used her as the business card of how successful they were, and her friends, well, were mainly her friends because they wanted something from her. Her power, her money, but not her genuine care.

“It truly is a pleasure meeting you” she said smiling “I have to admit, you are unlike what I expected from someone who was raised in Caste Five, much better to be honest” Emberlynn relied much on stereotypes and what her parents told her, and had been shielded from anyone below caste 4 her whole life, with the exception of their staff at home. She had never talked with a caste 5 as freely as with Fabianne, but she did not seem all that bad as her parents had always warned her for.

for a few seconds Sanura looked at him. “Please don’t ever talk in the third person again, it sounds weird” she says dryly as she walks over to him. A few times she throws the nectarine in the air and catches it again. Then she actually takes a bite out of the fruit and ensures that she first sucks the juice before eating the pulp, this prevents juice from getting everywhere. She’s sure he expects her to now compliment the nectarine which she admits is rich in flavor. But she doesn’t want to make it too easy for him, so from the moment she swallows her bite, she looks at him and gives a small shrug. “Okay, what could be so special about it, should I have been able to taste your past with one bite? It’s a nectarine, sweeter and fuller in taste than the store bought, but not as strong in flavor as the wild variety” she says and takes another bite. “I’m trying to start a conversation friend, so talk please” she says with her mouth still full. Neat, ladylike, manners? Sanura didn’t care if she didn’t look clean, she always preferred someone to answer the question rather than being mysterious or, as her teachers always were, so cryptic in the hope that she would answer it herself. She then puts a hand on his shoulder. “I wouldn’t ask if I could know the answer with a single bite of a hairless peach,” she adds with a grin.

Thomas watched her get a little messy while eating the nectarine, but his focus was on her still asking him why the nectarine is special enough for him to be happy to be a gardener. So in order to literally show it to her, he walked right up to her, close enough to kiss her except he didn’t pull his face any closer to her. He looked her deep into her eyes and while still looking into those big grey-ish blue eyes he grabbed the hand where she held the nectarine, and with his other hand, he dug deep into the big bitemark she left, messily digging his hand into the mushy fruit and taking out the big, hard seed. He pulled back and held the seed in his now messy hand where sugary fluids were freely flowing and looking at it he spoke. “It’s because of what I can do with my knowledge and this small thing. The amount of fruits I can make from a singular seed like that. The thing you would always just chuck away into the garbage bin, with what you consider the throw away part of the fruit, is what I make miracles with. You can throw seeds onto the gorund, but you’ll discover that method only works sometimes if the rain allows for it, but usually a big amount of knowledge and work goes into growing one of these, but once you see the produce all grown it’s like a reward and like an object that wouldn’t be there if you weren’t there to help it become what it was. Anything that grows from the earth or the trees I find to be magic, just by itself, but when you also think about all the ways herbs can be used in medicine, which I do think about, well you realize just how much power you have with that amount of knowledge and that amount of skill.” Pocketing the seed, he gently put his hands on her arms, and let them gently carres her hands up to her hands, clasping them in the end while saying “As beautiful as your hands are, can you picture them doing all that magic anytime in the future?” He asked, genuinley curious.

Sanura looked at Thomas a little indignantly. “I was eating that, don’t waste food, nitwit” she says and she hits his arm with little force so she doesn’t hurt him and then she put the remaining nectarine in his mouth.
However, the answer he gave was something she could accept. you could see from him that he spoke with a lot of passion. It was a gleam in his eyes, the suptile rise in the corners of his mouth, and even his shoulders that went slightly down. She could understand his passion for gardening with a purpose behind it, and she herself regularly respected things she used to see.

When he took her hands, she looked at him with a crooked face. she didn’t really know what he was doing and has always found it a little uncomfortable when someone touched her for no reason. “I’m glad you say that, but take a closer look at those beautiful hands of mine,” she says, bringing her hands closer to his eyes. She knew the little scars had faded well over the years, but if you really looked closely, there were a dozen or so white streaks across her hands. “If you think I’m a delicate girl, I’ll quickly help you out of that dream,” she says, but the question about the future silenced her. A sigh left her mouth. “Probably not,” she mutters, and her eyes fall on a tall eastern white pine. She knew gardening or harvesting wasn’t her job, even though both her parents were forest rangers. “I don’t even know what my future will bring. I knew it once, but that was a while ago,” she says and gives him a smile. “I admire how confident you are in your passion and what you want to do” she says and her gaze returns to the pine.

Thomas was a bit saddened by her response. He took her hands closer to his head, that is her knucles, and in a soft voice, while inspecting her scars, he responded “No, they’re beautiful. Scars or no, they hold a nice shape.” before kissing them softly on the knuckles, like a gentleman to not make it too awkward but to still leave a soft peck on the scarred hands, and looking at her the entire time. Thomas knew how beautiful or handsome a person could feel when somebody kisses you softly in the part of your body where you’re insecure about, and he hoped she was no exception, because he wanted to relieve her of the thought her hands are ugly because of those white scars. However, he softly let her hands go because he felt holding her hands for too long after the kiss would be uncomfortable for them both.
“I don’t think you’re delicate, I just don’t believe even though you’re from the 7th caste, you never did something with your hands you would consider magic. But I could be wrong … If I am wrong, at least then you know exactly what I was talking about when I was having that long dialogue of mine.” He stopped talking when she started talking and then he was thrown off when she said something. “Oh” he grunted, annoyed. “Are you kidding? You don’t know what your future will bring and what your passion is? You’re too young to think about that, there are people over 30 who still haven’t found their calling. What are you barelly legal to drink? Or younger … I was 24 when I realized I liked botany and even I found it early to have found something I would do for the rest of my life. How do you expect to find a passion when you can’t have had the opportunity to try it all out?” He asked.

Sanura rolled her eyes. “okay casanova” she says before taking her hand back after he kisses it. “thank you” she adds softly. Even though it’s still awkward that he just kisses and takes her hand, she knew he didn’t mean anything bad by it and that it was meant to cheer her up.

Sanura thought for a moment, hesitant whether or not to respond to his comment, but finally decided she would. “Well you’re wrong…sort of…” she says and carefully takes him by tugging on his sleeve towards the pine. She then took a deep breath. “When I was younger I was very active and into sports. I did competitions in gymnastics and athletics and was even promised some scholarships. Many thought I would make it big in one of them…I thought so too for a long time” she begins and remains silent for a few seconds not to get too emotional. “When I was 14 I climbed a tree like this” she continued and she put her hand against the trunk of the tree and looked up. “it was a tree that I climbed regularly, and the tallest in the area. You could see from the top over an open field with mountains and forests on the horizon. When I stayed up for a long time, you could often see wildlife too. It was my private place, away from the rest of the world…” Another silence fell and she no longer looked up. “one day while climbing I fell down. my fall was broken by branches and bushes but…my back was broken. I couldn’t move or call for help at the time…I could only lay there while my body hurt.” Sanura swallows and sits against the tree, patting the ground next to her as a gesture that he should sit too. “Two days later I was found by a search party. They rushed me to the hospital and I had several spinal surgeries. The doctors told us I was very lucky because my nerves were only pinched but still intact. This has ensured that that I was not paralyzed. however, my sport days were over. my vertebrae and muscles can no longer perform specific movements and so things like climbing, running and gymnastics are no longer possible” the normally energetic or sarcastic tones in her voice had completely disappeared on this point. “The same can be said about anything that requires carrying heavy things” she added softly. It was one of the hardest things she’s had to hear. She always knew there was a risk when climbing, but it had never gone wrong, so after a while she forgot about the dangers. Since then, she has struggled to find a future path that would not put too much strain on herself. “That could be another reason my parents put me up for the selection. Maybe they hope I get a chance to grow without having to strain my back.” She pondered out loud. “besides, It’s different when you’re in a low caste, you need each other to support everyone, so it’s important to start working on time,” she explains and she stretches. “Anywayyyy, that’s my traumatic and depressive background story” she jokes because she doesn’t like the atmosphere too serious.

After the whole speech Sanura just told him Thomas was flabberghasted. For a few seconds he was left speechless and needed a bit to refresh his brain, let alone get a useful speech out of it.

“Uhm … Wow” He said to express his opinion about what she just said. “I’m so sorry for you.” He said, now being serious. “I realize it’s got to be horrible to get your dream taken away in an instant like that. My heart goes out to everybody who can’t do a job they loved all their life they can’t do anymore because they injured something or lost something. The knowledge you can’t do any sport anymore must be crushing, I can’t even imagine the pressure your parents added to that, tellin you that you must marry well in order to be well off withouth the use of your back. You must feel trapped. To be so free and happy at one moment only to have it all taken away the next and being forced into marriage for convenience. I wouldn’t stand for that. I didn’t stan …” He was about to say something but caught himself and coughed. “Sorry, I acidentally said ‘I wouldn’t stand for that’ twice. Nevermind that … I would prove my parents wrong, find what I liked about doing sports or something I liked in life and I would find a job conected to that and work for myself withouth the use of my back. The idea that a girl in a situation like yours can’t find her own way in life, and needs a lifelong commitement to somebody she probably doesn’t like that’s only convenient for her parents, is way outdated and completely wrong. How about during your time here we focus on what you want to do?” He said. He wanted to bring her back to the others somewhere by now, but after hearing that he didn’t want to. He didn’t want to leave her now, and he wanted to keep her in the orchard in a calm and relaxed setting with nobody but the two of them around. “Can I interest you in some more fruit?” He asked right after she asked for the situation to not turn serious.

Sanura appreciated his words, but soon realized that he had misunderstood a few things. A chuckle escaped her as he tried to find the right words, then stumbled over here and there. “I’m going to stop you right there, fruit man,” she says as she takes some fruit from him. “It was hard to accept at the time, but that was a few years ago, and the doctors said it doesn’t really bother me in everyday life,” she explains and takes a bite. “Besides” she swallows. “my parents never really put any pressure on me to go to work. They just want me to have time to settle in. I just suspect that part of the reason they gave me up could be stalling time so that I can find the right place at my own pace. What I do know for sure is that my mother put me here in the hope that I will find romance. Not to marry me off, but she is afraid that I will stay forever alone because I’m not interested in dating. It drives my mother crazy and she keeps nagging that she wants grandchildren when she grows old,” she explains with a laugh.

Then Sanura nods. “It was very difficult, especially in the beginning. You think I have no freedom now, think how stuck I felt when I couldn’t move at all, or I could only take two steps and then had to sleep for an hour. That made me appreciate more simply to be able to move around now” She explains before chuckling again. “I sometimes call myself a freedom addict. I just want more and more and if someone tries to bring it in, I let them know I’m doing my own thing. Even now, I had no choice in coming here, but I have not interested in the prince I’ve decided to spend my time wisely, maybe make some friends and see it as an opportunity to live in a different environment. That’s why I’m not into all those social events. You have to so be on your good behavior and I don’t like to be held back” She said determined and she finishes eating so she shoots the pit from the fruit away. “But I have to say, if this is an official invitation to use you as my escape from the social events, then my dear man, I certainly won’t turn it down”.

As Alviva wiped some of her ruined make up away, Camila felt as if she had found a friend here. Someone who she could share both the negative, as well as the equally important positives with. “It is overwhelming yes” she agreed with Alviva “I’m here with , someone who is una amiga, a friend, but it still feels like a part of me is missing” she smiled “but hey, at least something else will be added. I think I’ll make some lifelong friendships here, and that’s muy importante as well” she didn’t want to stay stuck in her negativity. She truly was someone who always wanted to see the best in every situation. Where she lived, there weren’t many people her age, so for her, this was an excellent opportunity to meet more people who were in a similar stage on life and form some friendships.
Alviva had been able to make Camila laugh again, and that was the moment she felt she had no reason to fear Alviva’s judgement about her crying anymore. While Alviva being quiet during her outburst had initially worried Camila, the laughter was a weight lifted off her shoulder. As she was still a bit overwhelmed by her own emotions however, she didn’t know what else to say but: “Would you be okay with a hug?” It was in Camila’s Latina blood, how easily it was for her to feel comfortable with physical closeness with people. She was a hugger for certain, a hug sometimes says so much more than words can do in her opinion.

Camila shaked her head as she heard what Alviva’s mom said. She never liked when people were so judgemental about others and their interests. “I am glad you still read what you enjoy to read” she said with a genuine smile “Reading is fun, so why shouldn’t you read those books you enjoy to read? There is nothing wrong with whatever you want to read.” She said, not sure whether she said it to make Alviva feel better, or feel less guilty about her own taste in books. “I would love to read the books you brought once you’re finished, I’m sure I will enjoy them, mucho”. She chuckled as she said “I don’t believe the books they have here are my taste…” she added a dramatic pause “like, at all.”

Camila didn’t know Alviva’s mother, but what she heard about her she didn’t like her much. She seemed like the stereotypical higher class Karen who thinks she is better than everyone else. She didn’t want to offend Alviva by offending her mother however, so the treated carefully. Thinking about each and every word. “Personally, I always try and see everyone as equal. Everyone has their cultures, and their norms and values. Not one is better as the other, it’s solely what we are used to and to some level what we have been brought up to be.” she paused “In your case however, it seems you are not much like your parents” she chuckled a bit as she said this, not wanting Alviva to take her comment too seriously. “And don’t get me wrong, being a Latina, it is who I am, and I am more than proud of it. But it is much more than simply my language that makes me Latina.” she said explaining why it was still justified to her to speak more in English, or at least be more aware when translation is necessary. “So, what makes you proud?” she asked questioning, she wanted to hear Alviva speak more positively about herself, as well as learn more about what made her who she is, as she seemed like a wonderful young lady.

Amanda had settled in somewhat, and she was now ready to have some excitement. While surely the palace was fancy, it was also quite stiff and boring in Amanda’s eyes. She was ready to liven it up. She wasn’t sure whether she was allowed to, but truthfully, she couldn’t care less. She really wanted a beer, and she was gonna fix one, best bet where to find one? The kitchen. Trying to refind her way to the basement, where she remembered the kitchen was located, she walked in the wrong direction trice. Finally however, she found a stairway leading to the basement. “F*ck, this place is a maze” she said to herself out of frustration when she had walked down the stairs left with no idea in which direction the kitchen was. At that moment she had no clue either there had been someone who had heard her…

The first thing Austin had to do when she woke up from her nap was get dressed for the ball. From what her maids called rags , to the only dress she liked enough to wear. After fighting for too long with the maids, they discovered she liked the color green and she discovered there was no going her way. This wasn’t her father’s house anymore. She pretended like she was finally happy to go to the ball, but instead she went anywhere else. She found herself in a maze of rooms, trying not to get caught. At one moment she heard footsteps and was scared she would be seen, in her green gown, and either brough back to the ball she ‘lost her way from’ or she would be punished for snooping. However, she heard ‘F0ck this place is a maze.’ and visibly relaxed. She came down the stairs after the person to see who else was snooping around the place and discovered a girl, in clothes too good to be a maid and too poor to be part of any royalty. “What do you think you’re doing here young lady?” She asked in a stern voice, imitating a boy since she no doubt looked like one, trying to play a simple prank on her. The only thing she wants is a scared reaction from the girl before she reveals she’s one of the contestants.

Thomas smiled “Well I’m glad you don’t see it soo poorly … It sounds tragic … Your story. But the determination to not have it ruin the rest of your life is just … It’s amazing to see somebody determined not to let their castes and their injuries stop them from doing the best and doing what they want.” At that moment, Thomas realized what kind of a girl he wants to marry if he ever does. He realized Sanura, and the story of his brother doing what Thomas really wanted make them simmilar and he aspires to be more like her.
Thomas listened to her talk and only interrupted her once in a while. “I never said your parents are forcing you to work, I said they were forcing you to get married so you wouldn’t have to work … Considering your caste does manual labor and if you break your back doing manual labor you could be considered one of the Eights since you won’t be able to work anymore. But you could always do manual labor that doesn’t require any strain on your back … Like a typist, since you work with your hands it’s still considered manual labor.” He shut up and listened again.
“Oh well, all parents are like that. If my mother hadn’t died too young to have the talk with me about it, she would’ve told me she wanted grandkids.”

“Oh I can’t even imagine. I had physical therapy once when I broke my leg and had to start moving it again. It was agony and hard work so I can’t picture how hard it was for you, I can just imagine a tiny bit of how you felt because that is how I have felt once a long time ago.” He said.

“Well, I always wanted freedom from my parents … Then my father died. And I had freedom but it felt soo wrong … So I decided to fulfill my father’s lifetime wish … He always wanted to go to move and live here but never could … Because of me … He would’ve been free had it not been for me. So now I’m free, and living his wish becuase it feels freeing.” He kept saying.

“Well … I hope you consider me charming enough to be your friend.” Thomas answered.
