Goal
Birth 100 children in as few generations as possible.
To Begin with
Create a young adult Sim to be your matriarch and must be able to bear children.
The house or lot you move her into must be done with the allotted household funds; no cheating is allowed. Although you may move the household again when you want if have enough Simoleons.
Find a donor to impregnate your matriarch. Each pregnancy must be with a different donor until the 100th baby has grown up up successfully.
Basic Rules
Play with aging on and set to a normal lifespanAnd allow auto-aging for NPCs.
No cheating or mods that affect the gameplay of the challenge.
Newborns cannot be aged up until their birthday.
Infants can be aged up once they’ve tried all the different baby foods.
Toddlers can be aged up when they reach level 3 in all toddler skills.
Children and teenagers can be aged up when they get an A in school.
Young adults can be moved out of the house to make room for more children but they cannot be moved back in later.
When your matriarch becomes an elder and can no longer bear children, her youngest daughter takes over as the next matriarch. You may move your elderly matriarch out only if her youngest daughter has become a young adult.
You matriarch may only have a job if they never leave the house for it (self-employed or work from home), as she can’t leave the house while her children (under teen ages) are living with her. She must leave with the whole family if she does.
Your matriarch may not get married while she is of child-bearing age. In fact, neither her or her children can have a relationship with the donors after she’s been impregnated by them.
Your matriarch may not influence the gender of her children and use the in-game randomiser to select all the children’s traits as they age.
Helpful excel doc if you’re also nerdy and want to keep track.
I have tried the 100 Baby Challenge many times but never finish it, but it is fun. I’ve also tried the Rags to Riches and Legacy Challenge before. I’ve seen alot of let’s play of people doing the Not So Berry Challenge, Black Widow challenge and Runaway Teen Challenge
I love legacy challenges! Usually don’t get past gen1, but we don’t talk about that. I love cas though, so I’ve been thinking about making sims inspired by each generation’s targets/story for a legacy challenge for a while now.
Also quite fond of cas challenges, and random gameplay challenges-- I actually prefer my legacy challenges to have gameplay (or story) focused generational goals rather than a list of collections/careers.
