This thread is for spoiling books, movies, Episode stories, anything, really! There are only three rules —

  • Blur the spoiler
  • State what you’re spoiling (ex: if you’re spoiling a movie, state the name of that movie)

Spoiler for the movie, IT chapter 2: The Loser’s Club finally bring down Pennywise and restore peace to Derry. But it does come at the cost of Eddie who dies, leaving the gang utterly heartbroken. Especially Ritchie since he had a crush on him and only was able to come to terms with his homosexuality after defeating the shapeshifting monster.

Well I have the book as well and even though the endings are similar they have some differences.

So the IT chapter 2 isn’t new, it’s a remake?

It chapter 2 the movie is the sequel to It chapter 1 the movie. Both are adaptations of the book IT, but the reason why they split the movie in two parts is because the book is just very large and tends to time jump quite a lot.

Throne of Glass spoiler: (If I am gonna suffer, so are the others.) Gavriel dies at the end and so do the Thirteen except for Manon. They do the Yielding to blast the Witch Mirror to smithereens to protect Orynth.
