I’m a huge TVD fangirl. I’ve re-watched the show a couple times, and even have a TVD comic book that I thought would look cool hung up.

My only problem with the vampire diaries is… :unamused: Stefan. Don’t get me wrong, I love Paul Wesley but Stefan acts like an emotional wreck twenty-four seven. Like geez, can you stop feeling sorry for yourself for five seconds? He broods like crazy. His character only slightly got better when (spoiler to anyone who hasn’t seen the show:)He started dating Caroline.

Like honestly, I love Paul Wesley so much! He is hot and hilarious and like, so good natured (at least from what we can see) but his character is just the worst.

Like he is brooding all the time. He is worrying over one thing or another all the time! His life literally revolves around Elena until Caroline and like, that’s the first time I see him wanting something.

I did fall in love with Stefan after season 5 (or during it??) Though.

Yeah.

Honestly as soon as Damon and Elena made eye contact I started shipping them. He was a little too obsessed with Elena, to the point where it was really creepy. You’ve got to have other interests besides brooding and being with Elena.

Tbh, I kind of hate Elena. (Vampire Elena was slightly better) I just kind of found her winy, and a little manipulative. I see how people like her though.

OMG are you my TVd twin? :laughing: I don’t like Elena either. Like, she is all about I this, I that. It’s annoying. She is complaining about every little thing. I like Caroline far better.

Caroline had the best character development of anyone in the show. She went from being the preppy mean girl to such a strong, bad*ss, independent woman.

I also really liked the show, because I kind of loved almost everyone in it.

  • Jeremy still p*ssed they took him off the show.

  • Alaric (The dad babe)

  • Damon (duh)

  • Jena (:sob:)

  • Caroline (I honestly respect her character so much)

  • Klaus

  • Bonnie? (I’m not sure, while re-watching the show I realized she’s kind of a brat. At least up to season 4)

  • No humanity Stefan (There will never be a day where I don’t like him more than boring Stefan)

Characters I don’t like.

  • Matt (What happened to him? He was so sweet and caring until season 2)

  • Tyler (I hate him so much)

  • Liam (Does anyone like Liam? He isn’t even important enough to be on this list)

  • Stefan

  • Elena (Annoying)

  • Kathrine (:roll_eyes:)

Agree with this, I’m halfway through the second season and a lot of of the conflict is caused by Bonnie’s selfishness. I can only hope she’ll become better as I watch lol

Yeah i kinda expected it, as soon as it’s not like that story where the LI calls her names and owns her and it’s just what vampires do then alright.

Yes! And I love how she never wanted to be mortal. She knew what she wanted and like, that was one thing I really loved about her character.

And the character development was amazing! It’s like vampirism suits her.

He was just so confused. Like one day he is helping vampires. The next day he is killing them. Like choose a side, bro.

It’s not that kind of story. Elena makes her own choices always, even if they are the worst possible ones.
