Theyāve basically blacklisted my story lmao. 8 months and youāre still not done with the goddamn review? Iām exposing this sāt. This is ridiculous. Iāve seen worse stories on that fāking platform.

When you get an awesome idea for some dialogue or a joke or both in one, but itās for a scene you wonāt reach for another 5 chapters so by the time you get to it and try to remeber it, you canāt

Thatās sooooo relatable!!! It happens to me so often. Now, whenever I get one of those ideas, I try to write it down in a temporary doc or a notebook so I donāt forget it.

Idk what perspective I should write Deadly Nightshade in on Wattpad. I was thinking third-person, since I normally use that for writing novels/non-visual writing (like my rps), but on Episode, first-person is usedā¦

I am back with another rant about writing and yes, itās do with my novel.
Lately, I havenāt been focusing much on my novel because I have been making so many drastic changes, itās absolutely crazy! I remember the main LI in my novel was English at first but changed his nationality to Polish but this year, I went back to changing it back to English. Also, I have added more and more clues in the beginning of the story so it can make sense. Not to mention, I feel that I need to make one āfriendā in the MCās friendship group a suspect which could make things interesting.

Okay writers, anybody had this moment?
So I was just now thinking of how I should make my character, and of course you start from the beginning, thinking what plot, backstory or personality would be fun to RP with and then at some point you realize ā¦ Holy 5h!t I just literally made this one character I saw somewhere.
For instance ā¦ I was making this character and he had nothing in common with any of the characterās Iāve seen. I was making him tall and lanky but athletic (triathlons, cuz tall and skinny is perfect for that) and then I wanted him to not be the favorite child so him going to this amazing school and being put in the atheltic house would make sense for the story but he would still be kinda skinny and not that attractive. Then I saw the Danish name āChristianā which means ābearer of the crossā and an idea struck me. Iāll have him be the not favorite child and his brother/sister be the golden child that everybody thought will be an amazing genius and get into the best school but then have my character be accepted by an amazing school while the other is going through a burnout phase and failing, heāll be the one to bear the cross and have to be accomplished now instead of his brother/sister and then I remeberd ā¦ Oh my god I just described Roger and Osborne from Wives and Daughters, except nobody is married to a french woman.

So, I have decided to change the title for the novel Iām working on because the previous title was too cringy for my liking and it was not relevant to the plot of the story at all! I made more and more drastic changes because I feel that some characters were quite boring and I needed to make someone unlikeable to make the story more interesting.

Okay I finished the flashback scenes but Iāve got 3-4 more scenes to revamp and Iām doneā¦
Itās annoying when people only read one chapter of your story and then tell you thereās no character development
