Time Format: Which one do you prefer?

The 12-hour format is the time convention where the 24 hours in a day is divided into two parts - AM and PM.

On the other hand, the 24-hour format, also known as the military time, uses 24 hours in a day to indicate time.

As the title says, which time format do you prefer and why? Which one is more convenient for you to use?

I’ve been in my country’s military, so I can do 24 hour but I prefer 12 hour.

Military time, that’s what we use and I got used to it even if I get confused sometimes oops
