Yeah thats what I was thinking lol. You can say the age gap is fine but you can’t excuse the power dynamic between the two. It’s weird. That’s a bodyguard that works for the FBI, watching over a young adult that got out of high-school.

If she is an FBI agent recommended for this kind of job, shouldn’t she be proficient enough to not let this Holden guy suspect that she’s “not like a typical college student”?
If I were to hire an agent for this kind of a job, I would make sure they get their acting and secrecy skills right and not let feelings get the best of them. Besides, it’s the FREAKING FBI we are talking about. The MC should be serious about it…

Oh yeah also… this story is kinda supposed to be empowering for women because the roles are reversed with a girl being the bodyguard… but we don’t see her saving anyone lol. Only with gem choices XD. AND THE LI FREAKING SAVES HER FROM DROWNING.
SHE’S AN FBI AGENT TRAINED FOR LOTS OF SITUATIONS- shouldn’t she be trained in that sort of thing as well?
And we only see the body guard thing being brought up when the LI is like, “Wow so you must be into martial arts or something” when she literally did nothing to show for that except cheerleading! She did beat him in a race one time but he said this multiple times before I’m pretty sure.

And this other FBI agent who is barely involved in the case falls for a college kid… Like bro- I know I know nothing about FBI agents but what would happen if each case was like that? Like you have to tail a murderer and then you fall for them or something XD.
Ugh and they’re doing that thing where they’re pairing up all the characters- even some who were barely involved.
