Unpopular opinion or maybe just an opinion:
Not everyone is meant to write. A lot of “authors” on the app are not good authors. I don’t even consider some to be authors. Just because the writers portal is open to all, doesn’t automatically make you an author or a good author and just because you can direct and code on the app, it doesn’t make you an author. If you do not know how to write a story, develop a story or even think of a plot for a story, I do not consider you an author. Not everyone is meant to write the same way not everyone is meant to sing, dance, draw etc.
This doesn’t mean you should not write on the app because the writers portal is open to all and no one can stop you from wanting to do what you want to do. However, if you do not know how to properly write a story, I will not see you as an author. Of course practice makes perfect but for some things, no matter how much you practice, it was just never meant to be. It’s not your talent or your calling.
way too many details.
people explaining how rooms look and how people look and what they fell all the time with way to much text. that is great in a book to have those details where you only have the text to go out from. but on episode you are not writing a book . but a manuscript. like the ones they use in movies and tv shows, have you ever in a movie seen them explain in great details how people look or what the surrounding look like or what they fell all the time. no you haven’t because you have eyes you can see what is going on, on the screen. I dont need an author to tell me. he has crystal blue eyes with curly brown hair. because I can see it.
I’m sick of people overusing the same old featured (especially on INK) and then trashing others. Like it’s more than fair for you to like certain features and find others unattractive, but some of the vulgar insults I’ve seen! Especially in my fanmails! It’s gross. On LL even more than on INK because it’s much more realistic and you’re pooping all over features people have in real life.
I kinda get offended when people bash the Smokey Eyes in LL. You can say its creepy (It kinda is) but not go on a whole rant saying you don’t want to use it because it’s hideous etc. I have eyes like that and I’m pretty insecure about them.
People and even some of my family say I look weird with them. I know they mean no harm but deep down, it hurts.
I don’t know whether it is unpopular opinion or not. Nor do I know if somebody here said it, but I’ll say it anyway:
I am sick of authors repeating the same main ideas. I saw many stories whose ideas were the same. Mainly, gangs, mafias, bad boys, etc.
In addition, I dislike that some authors write a love story between a (insert kidnapper, abuser) and a girl.
By the way, if anyone here knows at least one story that is different, please let me know.
You said the same thing many other people have said before. I understand where you are coming as well as many others who feels this way. To be honest, I think the majority of authors within the community who write about gangs, mafias, bad boys, popular girls, etc like stories with those ideas. We all know those stories will attract many readers, and because of that, I feel like authors go head over heels for it.
I agree. Those eyes are beautiful, and I don’t get why people are always bashing actual features.
I hate the teacher-student romantic relationship stories, especially when it contains s**ual scenes. I mean, it is completely illegal to have such a relationship with your teacher. And I find it nasty 
.
I saw some readers’ comments, saying “I LOVE your story”, “It’s soo cute!!”. Oh, man 
. It is not cute at all when a teacher-student relationship includes… you know what. I think those stories should be stopped and definitely not to be shown as good. However, it seems just to go on as if it’s okay to write a story that actually supports it, especially when there are young people, even under 13 who can definitely be influenced by those stories and think that it is totally okay to “do things with your teacher”, which is completely wrong.
If Episode allows authors to write a teacher-student relationship story, then at least they should set red lines, meaning that not allowing to show any s*xual act between a teacher and his/her student.
Why should such a sensitive topic be protrayed in that way?
It is honestly very disgusting.
- For some reason, I admire the sideswept bangs, long curls, feathered bangs, shoulder braid hairstyles. They’re very elegant!
- Dead Woman Walking by Evelinawrites is hands down the best stories ever written on Episode. I totally recommend it!!
- A Bullying Story: Mother Nature is absolutely terrible!
- I find the angry marching funny
- Off Limits by Sandra G is pretty entertaining. I find it tolerable for some reason.
- That music, Philly Juvie whatever that music is repetitive and annoying

I don’t like the Juvie North Philly Strings, either. It’s kind of depressing, to be honest.
Tell me about it! I like the sad piano one better because it builds atmosphere when it comes to the sad scenes.
There needs to be more hairstyles with a sideswept bang and wavy hair as I have that hairstyle in real life.
But I do wish I could pull off the shoulder braid hairstyle.

this first chapter . or this 3 first chapters is pilots which is the reason why they are
a. short
b. bad
callining it a pilot is not an exuse. also a pilot is suppouse to be the episode there sell the entire show. which actually means it has to be extra good
I agree with this so much! It doesn’t matter if it’s a pilot. If it’s not good then its not good. I understand if its not as great compared to the other episodes but don’t try to defend it.
