So, when you go through the emotional turmoil of a break-up you have to find a way to burn out the fire. I’ve had similar incidents where I ended up relying on video games to help me calm down. It’s not a pleasant feeling to have. These are the types of games I have found that are useful for break-ups. Okay, I just like video games they help with many types of emotional states. The list is small because I’m blanking on the other games I use to play the most.
Halo - If you have never played this after a break-up or even an argument then you are missing out. It’s a good game to waste so much energy on since you get to shoot at multiple aliens plus you get to ride around in a rover. Well in my case crash the rover with every turn but still it’s fun. The controls are a bit hellish in that game but that’s the good part because it makes you spend more energy to get the hang of the game. Also, those gnomes are annoying little buggers.
Star Wars the Old Republic - Yeah, I use this game a lot for this type of situation. It feels good to grind kill in the game since you have many grind quests that give you a lot of XP. Also, it’s known as misdirected anger which is helpful in some cases. Like leveling up a couple of levels and finishing a whole chapter in 6 hours.
Disney Universe - I have no idea why but this game serves as a good emotional energy killing game. I think it has to do with the Disney themes and fun way the you beat the sh*t out of your enemies is really fun. I need to get this game again.
The Sims Games - Torturing the sims have always been a good way to make the situation better. At least, with Sims 2 and Sims 3 where you had no idea what the outcome would be. It’s not as fun in Sims 4 though since it’s way too easy to placate the situation. Is that bad of me to say? I mean you can have multiple romances without actually getting in trouble in a sense because the system just gives you a slap on the wrist. No one can they haven’t tried to break up a core family from the game due to a break-up or argument. It’s not your usually bashing and grinding game but it fills the void really well.
Pretty much any game that involves beating something a thousand times helps with break-ups

Damn that sucks! I’m sorry about that. I’ve had a similar I at work where someone thought I would be too clingy… And another crush had told me that I’ve already given them my number when I haven’t. Meh.
Might as well become a Nun!
Though I love to play sims also. And Plague Inc… I’m also finding myself on Pandora alot and writing my OCs into that type of scene. It’s oddly therapeutic.

The Sims is a really fun game to play! Pandora, the music platform? You’ve gotten addicted to Plague inc at this point, haven’t you?
I’m sorry that happen. Video games are a good way to get past these type of situations. I would suggest playing a action game to see if that helps.

Sometimes I draw instead to capture the memories because the day I was rejected I was hanging out with friends at a mall after our major exam. When him and I were alone together (because my dad drive both of us home so we need to wait outside the mall) and my friend messaged me to “JUST F***ING DO IT” while me was nervous af lol

Random update
It’s been half a year since my crush and I both see each other. I already get over him a long time ago and now I’m attending college and progressing well! Turns out one of my close friends is in the same college with him, and I asked her does he mention anything about me, she said no. The only thing he told her is that he didn’t contact me for a very long time and honestly, it’s totally fine with me. So I told her don’t ever mention me in front of him anymore lol. Yes I miss him sometimes but I can only wish him the best in his future owo
Random fact
Another friend told me that my crush actually already knows that I have feelings for him a long time ago. He just held on with it lol- Also my crush told my friend that he didn’t actually feel the same way like I did with him as he quoted “I don’t like her.” Am I sad? Yes but at the same time no, because I already guessed out that he knows and he don’t like me based on his actions. I am the type the girl who always willing to make the first move when it comes to this and turns out it fails every time lol.
Maybe if I met someone else next time I’ll just do nothing lol but if they do have a crush on me I’ll just assume they’re blind af
Sorry for the random rant I somehow dreamt of him last night twice and I wanna give you guys an update since back in the days I kept telling I have a crush or something lol
loving you is a losing game
Why am I taking this so serious it’s only a crush not a relationship-
