This is a tough question mostly because whenever I think about it, my brain deletes all the anime and manga I’ve ever read/watched.
I can say that I’d like to take Vivi from One Piece’s quest because I really love the Alabasta arc but at the same time I don’t know if it counts because quests and journey’s in One Piece are mostly called dreams 
In that case I’d go for literally anybody on Seven Deadly Sins, even the bad guys, just put me in the anime, pls.
