Most food that comes out of the ground and doesn’t need any (or much) processing is good for you. Particularly delicious ones in my opinion are:

Cashews (dry roasted with no salt)
Chickpeas (either blended with olive oil and some spices as hummus or sautéed with spinach and garlic as a healthy version of chana saag or espinacas con garbanzos)
Cucumbers
Carrots
Green beans
Baked zucchinis made into zucchini chips (thinly slice and roast them with a tiiiiiny bit of oil and salt)
Kale - marinated in a bit of lemon juice and olive oil or other simple dressing OR sautéed with garlic OR baked like chips
Sweet Potatoes
Pineapple
Watermelon
Passion fruit
Mangos
Mangosteen
Bananas (esp with a little bit of natural peanut butter - as in the only ingredient is peanuts)
Cantaloupe

Also, the thing with health isn’t just what you eat, but portions. Adding a small amount of something with a bit of salt and fat makes things tastier and easier to eat more of. For example, I like green beans but I love this green bean salad where you steam the green beans, mix it with a bit of olive oil and feta and tomatoes and it’s delicious! You can do that with a lot of things, just mind the portion size!
