My main character is white latina and one of her ancestors was African… so she loves : Pasta and Nigerian fried rice and chicken!
Most of my characters love pizza 
Oren just loves food in general. Lola does too, but she’s a bit more picky. That’s why pizza is their favourite.

My main character loves eating. So he loves to eat anything edible, except for pickles.

Ellie, my main character, loves fatayers. They are Lebanese turnovers stuffed with spinach, or ground beef and pine nuts.
Eduardo’s favorite food is Argentinian empanadas.

So I actually try to make fictional foods in my fictional worlds, and I haven’t figured that yet… but rest assured Kir (one of the main characters for my current novel) likes any type of meat as long as it’s roasted-

Although i normally just answer questions like these for my RP characters, let me answer this one for my main character in a story I’m writing.
Kalina: Garlic Bread Rolls
Why they’re her favorite
Her dad was a professor at the kingdom’s academy for magic, and when these rolls would be served during meals at the school, he’d always bring a couple back home for Kalina, so they became a reminder of those cherished happy childhood memories.
