What are some of your favorite horror/scary movies? I remember when I was in college I slept over my friends house because we were on break and we both love horror movies. Out of all the horror movies I have watched I loved the movie Stitches which is one of the movies I watched with my friend at that time. She was scared and I was just laughing at her a little because of her reactions after the movie and some of the stuff she said. I did not think it was that scary and really liked it. But I am curious on some of your favorite horror/scary movies.

I need to start watching more horror, but I loved the first Saw movie! Unfortunately, I’ve heard the series goes downhill from there 
And, of course, an obligatory I Saw the TV Glow mention.
I really want to watch Sinners and Alien!! Those are the two I’m most excited to get to at the moment. My film-student friend has highly recommended Men, which also looks really good!!

ooooo yes the Saw movies are good too. Not my favorite movie but they are good. I never heard of I Saw the TV Glow or Men. I may have to put that on my list of things to watch

I’m not a big horror fan, to be honest I only remember fully watching 3 horror movies in my lifetime and thats the original Carrie, It: Chapter one (I think I also watched Chapter 2 but dont remember if it was just the trailer) and the new Nosferatu.
Other than that I wouldn’t choose to watch horror because I’m scared of … well being scared (ironic I know)
Out of all horror movies I’ve seen, some classic or comedies my favorite would be Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow, not too much blood, gore or violence to make you sick, the jumpscares won’t terrify you, theres reasons behind the murders (vengance and dark magic), elements of a murder mystery which I preffer to horror, and apparently its a homage to those old, classic horror movies of Tim Burton’s youth so it’s toned down. The best part is the eye candy that is consisted of Christina Ricci and a young Johnny Depp

I like the movie Suspiria (the old version)and Midsommar (even though i couldn’t finish it because it was too gory) I also like the movie Carrie and Christine.

My favorite horror movie is The Nun. Originally Insidious though.
