I think that Spades and similar games can require a ton of skill, since the challenge is brought by figuring out other people’s moves and playing strategically. There’s probably plenty of harder games that I’ve never even played before.

Skill or strategy?
I think either stratego or cluedo are games in which it matters how skilled you are. They both aren’t based on luck but purely on strategy, maybe even more so cluedo than stratego. The more you play and practice the better you will get in those games, so the more skilled you are the better you play
Either is fine 
Then I say Risk would be up there.
Chess?
I was about to suggest that one as well.
Trivia Pursuit - you need to be knowledgeable which is an important skill.
Pictopia Games - this game relies on memory and sight since you have to guess the answer from pictures.
Checkers - it’s not as challenging as Chess but still requires skill.
Twister - not everyone is great at keeping their balance plus being bent in different ways while doing so. I feel like to is the hardest one physically.
Chess for me.
Alot of people have mentioned chess, I’d say that’s up there I mean, you do need to be able to strategise and think ahead which is a skill you can work on by playing chess.
