What books did you have to read in school?

Most English courses will have a set book or books that you’ll end up having to read throughout the course. What books did you have to read in school?

Russian classics and some of our books… I wasn’t really a fan but now I regret not trying harder

Honestly I had such a random array especially my last two years of high school because I had 8 English/literature teachers in those two years since they kept quitting or getting fired. (Anywhere from Friday night lights which confused and bored me because I dont like high school drama or sports and Persepolis which is a graphic novel to classics like Catcher in the Rye, of mice and men, Gatsby, Fahrenheit 451 and other books like that)

None? I wish we had one on the course. We did have Helen Keller one year, and the other year it was Three Men in A Boat. Neither of them were really my style, so i didn’t enjoy it at all. We just had these collections of short stories that we had to read and that was cool but it wasn’t really the same.
