Ahh, I am sorry you feel that way. What I would say is just distract yourself by doing something you love to do just to get out of your strongest emotions, drawing is my to go to thing when I’m down What I would also advise is to really work on your confidence and learn to love yourself, this is a long process tho, but what usually works is while looking in the mirror give yourself 1 new compliment every day and mention 3 things you were grateful for. I genuinely hope things will get better and you will start to see you are actually worth people’s time!
It hurts a little at first but it happens to me often so I just ignore it. I won’t talk to someone who isn’t talking to me.
If I have reason to believe that I’m not worth someone’s time, frankly they might not even deserve my time. :/

It’s your mind not people who are ignoring you just say to yourself that you’ll forgive them and just move on I know it’s not easy to forget it but leave it and be happy and enjoy your own company and if you’ll do that then nobody’s gonna ignore you
