you may want to put the image in hide details since (I’m not trying to call your shoulder gross, it isn’t gross and I’m not going to insult you like that) but people may feel a little squeamish with seeing the flaky skin
And honestly? Use aftersun or E45 cream, I also heard rubbing wet teabags on it it helpful but I’ve never tried/tested that. My friend used to recommend Shea butter, try not to have showers/baths too hot either.

Here’s what is says on the NHS website, the NHS is the main health service where I’m from so it’s reliable

A skin conditioner? Probably, as long as you don’t put something like vaseline on it.

Honestly from what I saw when I just looked it up it’s not proven to be bad or good for sunburn, I don’t know the general effects of rubbing hair conditioner onto your skin but I doubt they’re bad I mean it runs down your body when you wash your hair so I guess it isn’t harmful? But like, personally if I rubbed hair conditioner into my skin without water it’d probably be really irritated so if you’re gonna try it then maybe do it in the shower? Again, don’t quote me on this, I’m not a dermatologist.
The articles all said that hair conditioner is good for making sure your hair doesn’t get sun damaged.
The only things they say not to do are:

Everything @anon68003072 said is what I would do, but you can also go to the pharmacy and ask for advice at the counter ! That way, they’ll be able to take a look and give you specific treatment. Other than that, make sure to wear at least SPF 50 when you’re out in the sun
