What does a models diet consist of?

I did try to find some real examples but I really couldn’t find any that involved food, it just came up with work out routines. I have heard of some cases where a model would just lick the yoghurt on the lid of the yoghurt pot and that would be it.

Have you guys heard of any?

Probably very little food.

I’ve seen a lot of videos and some of them actually eat a lot, but it’s mostly vegetables

From my research, what I’ve gathered is that each model eats differently. I haven’t found any anything dietary that they follow.
They consume eggs, lemon water, oatmeal, soup, salads, lean proteins (chicken and/or fish), nuts, goji berries, blueberries and lots of greens and they smoothies and juices, coffee and these are just a few I listed but I think there’s more.

@Foodies do you have anything to add?

Basically healthy food, those without much carbs or fats, but I’m just assuming things.
This model, Natalia Taylor, explains her diet as a model, which is kinda different than other models, imo.

Also, there are different models with different sizes, so it depends on their requirements.

It’d be stupid to say they eat nothing at all, so I guess they eat really healthy food…

Probably a protein-rich diet to maintain their body shape. And a lot of greens and liquid stuff (kale juice or something).

But honestly, it depends on their body type as every model has unique body traits.
