I did try to find some real examples but I really couldn’t find any that involved food, it just came up with work out routines. I have heard of some cases where a model would just lick the yoghurt on the lid of the yoghurt pot and that would be it.
From my research, what I’ve gathered is that each model eats differently. I haven’t found any anything dietary that they follow.
They consume eggs, lemon water, oatmeal, soup, salads, lean proteins (chicken and/or fish), nuts, goji berries, blueberries and lots of greens and they smoothies and juices, coffee and these are just a few I listed but I think there’s more.

Basically healthy food, those without much carbs or fats, but I’m just assuming things.
This model, Natalia Taylor, explains her diet as a model, which is kinda different than other models, imo.
Also, there are different models with different sizes, so it depends on their requirements.
