I know a handful of that are lethal to ingest are these.
- Pufferfish - if not prepared correctly it can kill the person eating it. It’s a horrible way to go out of this life.
- Elderberries - raw version of the berries is deadly due to the fact the seeds have cyanide in them.
- Fesikh - Egyptian fish that is traditional eaten raw after being fermented for over a month. This fish has a certain bacteria that can kill people which is botulism toxin. Otherwise known as Botox.
*Cashews - Yep, they are on the list too. They are never sold with it’s shell on due to the fact the oil on the shell has acid inside it. You have to cook the cashews unshelled at a very high temperature in order for it to be safe to eat.
