- I drink lots of water and have a bottle with me wherever I go
- Exercise! 5-6 times a week
- I always make sure to dedicate some time to mental health, every day

Well, habit is something you do without thinking about it so I put attitude as a habit as well
My attitude isn’t a good thing

I could work on drinking more water and eating a bit healthier, because I don’t do enough of that

I try to stay happy and see the positive outcome of many bad situations

I try to drink enough water in a day
I make sure to wash my face every night before I go to sleep
I was doing a fair amount of exercise earlier in the summer, but I really stopped doing that over time because I just stopped feeling up for it
