What healthy habits do you have?

Some of my healthy habits:

  • I drink lots of water and have a bottle with me wherever I go
  • Exercise! 5-6 times a week
  • I always make sure to dedicate some time to mental health, every day

  • I also drink a lot of water every day and never really enjoyed soda or any other sweetened drink.
  • I sleep 8 hours day now because I finally have the time to actually do so
  • I don’t drink or smoke
  • I always put on sunscreen when going outdoors to avoid sun damage. I also maintain a very extensive skincare regiment.
  • I also eat relatively of healthy? I mean I don’t eat sweets, fast-food or ready meals nor do I cook with butter.

Habits I would like to have/am working on

  • I really should try to make exercising a habit,but I don’t do it very regularly I just have random spurts of being active for a couple weeks and then going back to my own habits of not exercising at all.
  • I’m currently trying to be a bit less online

  • I don’t smoke nor drink alcohol
  • I try to include fruits and vegetables in my meals every day… I’m better at eating vegetables than I am at eating fruits, though. I don’t eat sweets that often, either.
  • I mostly drink water throughout the day… only one cup of coffee in the morning, and one in the afternoon. I only drink sodas if I’m at a restaurant.

Habits I need to work on:

  • Exercising… I just can’t find the motivation to exercise.

Well, habit is something you do without thinking about it so I put attitude as a habit as well :wink:

  • I also drink a lot water, especially in this heat. I have a bottle next to me 24/7
  • I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs, I’m not planning on it either
  • I laugh a lot?
  • I sleep around 8 hours, but sometimes it’s 6 so it doesn’t count-

  • I don’t eat meat
  • I wake up at normalish times
  • I don’t surround myself with toxic people
  • I look in the mirror and compliment myself, even if I know I don’t look that good

I could work on drinking more water and eating a bit healthier, because I don’t do enough of that

I am not a picky eater
I stay away from people who are fake friends
I love vegetables and fruits
I don’t eat meat
I don’t support smoking nor drinking
I try to stay happy and see the positive outcome of many bad situations
I am friendly and caring?
I’m funny haha!
I don’t let toxic people get to me

I was doing a fair amount of exercise earlier in the summer, but I really stopped doing that over time because I just stopped feeling up for it :pleading_face:
