I HATE doing public speaking but when we were in I think yr8, we had to do a 2 min monologue in front of the whole class. I did mine and it went really well and didn’t expect it to because I was so nervous. I got a grade 7 and I was really happy!

I-

In 2009, the first of May i went picnic with my family and all our family’s friends in a really nice place where there was green and peace. We had so much fun, we ate, the was also a lake with ducks and fed them bread. Looking back to this day brings so much nostalgia :sob::relieved:

My boyfriend told me he loved me after school this one day :joy: I was honestly really shocked and if I could cry from happiness I would at that moment.

Also a few years ago I went through something traumatic and I ended up telling my mom but I thought she would’ve hated me and disowned me. But she just hugged me and let me cry and she supported me through everything I’ve gone through afterward. So the whole situation wasn’t great but just talking to my mom and her letting me know she loves me and stuff was amazing. Something I really needed to hear.

When I went to disneyland as a little kid, I barely remember it but I know that I loved meeting the Princesses lol.

Best moment of my life.

:joy: about 8 months a go I would have said leaving high school but now, I’d say it’s the moment I first picked up my bass guitar and it just felt right.

Seeing @ShanniiWrites for the first time outside the Yo Sushi in Glasgow.

I know it’s sappy but also like. I had that ā€œholy crap she’s real! And just as good looking as in her pictures!ā€ moment

When I was at a trial looking for a kitten to adopt, I remember the day that Donnie chosen me and became a huge part of my life.

One of the best was when I realized I had fallen in love with someone, and that person loved me back and accepted me who I was no matter what.

Talking to 2 friends after a bad mental breakdown while on a trip, they’re helping me be a more open person.

It’s not sappy.

So, you both met through internet?

Actually another one which is kinda stupid but I went to the studio tour for Harry Potter and there’s a room where you see the model of hogwarts and the music is playing and honestly it’s breath taking. Harry Potter means so much to me and growing up it was a huge method of escapism me along with many other kids wanted to go to hogwarts. I made it there, it was right infront of me. I actually cried which sounds pathetic but I know I’m not the only one.

Cool. Well, I guess you were lucky that her profile wasn’t anyone else’s face, but hers. And now? You must feel more than lucky to have her as a very important person in your life, huh?:blush:

For me it was either my graduation of high school, getting my new camera or traveling alone for the first time :eyes:

I wanna know more about y’all…

One of mine may have to be my middle school graduation

Another few of my best moments were here, joining this community and being a mod now completely changed my life tbh. But I’m happy about that since I’m being myself here and in doing so I also learn to do that irl.

I’ve had a lot of wonderful moments:

-One would be discovering that I really loved teaching. It wasn’t my first career choice; but ever since I realized that it was my calling in life, I haven’t been able to look back. :purple_heart:

-The summer of 2000 which I spent with my cousins in Greece… we had some amazing times that summer, as well as from July 2001-October 2002.

-In 2010, when I first started going to youth group at church. We were a great team. Later on, many of them left for college, moved away, or began going to different churches, but I loved that group.

-All adventures I’ve had with my nephews, whether it’s having fun at the mall, celebrating New Year’s Eve 2018, or hanging out at home. Every single time we get together, we have the best time.
