Most boardgames take quite a bit of time to play them if you play correctly. Like for instance, you can’t play Risk in below an hour. That game takes up to 5-6 hours to actually play it and another hour just to go over the rules and set the board up. I would definitely say it takes more than an hour to actually play a boardgame.
- Monopoly - 1-3 hours depending on how many people play.
- Life - 1-4 hours depending on how many play plus how long each player turn is.
- Clue - 1-4 hours, the only reason I give it a long time is because of how long it takes to go to each person around the board.
- Battleship - 1-2 hours depending on setting it up going over the instructions then playing the game. Trust me, it depends on strategy where you have to find where your opponent’s ships are.
- Villains - It takes at least 2 hours to play this game because you have to sabotage the other opponent’s chance before they finish their quests.
