What is yours like?
By art style, I mean these kind of things:
Cartoon
Realism
Abstract
ect.
Myself, I try to make my art as realistic as possible, but it usually ends up looking a little cartoonish/stylised. In truth, my style is very much continuously in developement, and it depends what i’m drawing.
With plants, buildings and animals it’s a lot more realistic, but with humans not so much. Probably because they’re more difficult lol
What about you? Does your style vary? How has it fluctuated over time?
Mine is cartoon like and tbf, it always has been I think I’ve never been into realism. I’ve started doing some pixel art recently too, which has differed from normal line art that I used to do.
Definitely more cartoony. I like exaggeration and playing with different ways to show personality through design; I definitely have room for improvement in my art, and I’ve found simplifying things is a fun way to better my skills. Saying that, I haven’t actually drawn anything in a while, because my time management is excellent and i spend my days being wildly productive /s
