What makes you lose motivation to write?

Either when I’m out of ideas or can’t find the time to sit an hour writing without any interruptions. Sometimes it’s just down to laziness. If I’ve been away from a story for too long I usually don’t feel the same enthusiasm coming back to it. Or I hate what I’ve written and don’t feel like continuing it for that reason.
