That was the first song I thought of seeing this thread as it’s basically a song inspired by a viking But even so I have to agree with this:
Idk why, but it’s just more likely to me and seems more like the vibe vikings would go for 
Just like rock. Maybe a bit influenced by those genres being pretty popular in Scandinavia, but I just can’t imagine vikings listening to slow and soft or pop songs…
