What’s a bad habit that you just can’t seem to break?

I’m sure we all do have bad habits we can’t seem to break. :eyes:
One bad habit I have is that I always want to have the last say in things when there’s a heated argument going on and I end of saying something awful and then there’s a silence then I eventually feel emotional. :smiley:
Arguing with your parents is a no-no for me lol. :hot_face:
I get back on good terms with my parent though.:innocent:

Biting my nails or cutting them- UGH.
I’ve tried for so long to stop biting them but I always end up biting one of and cutting the rest of them and it’s annoying

Like I want long nails but biting them is so tempting lmao-
