I’m sure we all do have bad habits we can’t seem to break.
One bad habit I have is that I always want to have the last say in things when there’s a heated argument going on and I end of saying something awful and then there’s a silence then I eventually feel emotional.
Arguing with your parents is a no-no for me lol.
I get back on good terms with my parent though.

Biting my nails or cutting them- UGH.
I’ve tried for so long to stop biting them but I always end up biting one of and cutting the rest of them and it’s annoying

Some people don’t even know there stressed, try get some fake nails that might stop you biting them
Try cutting all of them really short so you can’t bite them if that works?

My therapist said I seem fine though what-
My bad habit is routine, if something doesn’t go to plan or my routine changes I get stressed
