stellya: her endless search for magic
agian: someone’s someday gonna kill him for spilling secrets 
(but it’s his job!)

as+vuz: guilt over his tribe’s misery; obsession and hatred for the temple of the watchful
dahlise: internalized messiah complex; there’s also this orb, called god’s eye, on the other side of the continent that constantly absorbs her magic—if her magic is depleted, it would take her life force next

Actually fitting because her biggest flaw is what makes her wanna kill him
Darlyne* always refuses to accept defeat or admit that she’s wrong, and will keep trying to prove herself even if it’s useless
Floris: naivety maybe? He insists he’s not naive but he’s sheltered, and has a lot of wrong beliefs about the world such as thinking the power of friendship™ can fix everything
Vol: ambition or recklessness. She’d go very far for achievement or to push boundaries nobody has before
Solvien: stupidity
A’seyi: curiousity, similar to vol actually in that they’re both reckless with their own lives
Nayu: blindly obeying rules
Rakkel: obsession; over his job currently, he neglects everything else until his duties are done perfectly and they keep piling on
Mira: irresponsibility
Aurelia: god complex
Silvius: laziness
