My favourite theme song from a cartoon is definitely the Phineas & Ferb one. The Simpsons one is also very iconic I like that one too.

Persoanlly I love Phineas and Ferb’s theme song. I’ve been listening it a lot of times when I was a kid and I still remember the lyrics. 
I also love Adventure Time’s and Gravity Falls’ theme song.

Like many of the other answers here, I also agree that Phineas and Ferb’s opening song is the most iconic one. Pokemon’s opening song is also quite memorable to me.
