Philosopher’s Stone (I really do not care about the title), Chamber of Secrets, and Order of the Phoenix. Goblet of Fire was a snoozefest, so was the book. I preferred the book Prisoner of Azkaban to the film, that’s where they started to go wrong with Ron and Hermione’s characters (in the films, NOT THE BOOKS)

In the US, it’s Sorcerer’s Stone, and in the UK/everywhere else, it’s Philosopher’s Stone. People constantly argue over this one thing and I just… really??? It was originally published as “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”. Like…

Order of the Phoenix honestly, I don’t watch the movies anywhere near as much as I used to but I always enjoyed order

The first one will always be special to me, the 2nd and 3rd feel quite repetitive. The fourth one really misses essential parts of the plot, so no. Fifth is great, it does really well with showing the darkness. Six is decent but doesn’t stand out to me. I like 7, but dislike 8.

But to answer the question, it’s between 1 and 5.
