Who are the nicest and the meanest people in the world?
Personally, I don’t have one specific person that is the nicest and the meanest, because there are a lot of human saints and human trash in this world.
However, there are people who are known for their nice deeds, like Mother Teresa.
Same goes to people who are known for doing bad deeds.

I don’t think we can say a certain group of people is nice and a certain group of people is mean. Every person is different and just because they are doing something society thinks is good doesn’t mean they are nice.
Usually people that are helping others, are in charity organisations are considered to be nice
