Who else is having a terrible day?

Aww that sounds terrible :broken_heart: working extra already sucks and then also getting yelled at is terrible
maybe try to take a deep breath or even cry some more. it may sound weird but I personally feel like it’s better to cry everything out and maybe scream it all out than to keep it to yourself. Maybe do something you like? listening to music? talk to someone on the forums? write you’re frustrations out on paper? it always cheers me up  so I hope this maybe works for you

Just keep in mind that for one bad day there will be a lot more better days. Don’t give up

That’s awful! At my previous job, if someone arrived more than ten minutes late, they made them stay an extra hour. And being yelled at is something I hate to the max. And at that same job, I had a boss that would yell at me in front of my students, and then she wondered why the kids were so rude and disrespectful. Well, as the principal, you should set the example for the type of behavior you want the kids to have, and yelling at the teachers is so wrong.

My night was just as horrible as the morning/afternoon
I cut my fingernails with scissors. Ended up making my left hand look like a mess. And now I can’t hear the satisfying ā€œclickā€ when typing on my phone. :sob::joy::blue_heart:

And I ran out of toothpaste.

My gland is killing me and I’m worried that I might get a double chin

I literally have felt anxious/nauseous all day because I have to speak in front of all my coworkers tomorrow.:dizzy_face::sob::tired_face::nauseated_face::dizzy_face::sob::tired_face:

Thyroid gland is always the worse. I’m sorry it’s messing with you. Hypo or Hyper? You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to.

Not sure tbh. I went to doctors about this and he said that it’s to do with bulimia.

My day was fine, but I dropped and broke a glass air freshener in my classroom and the custodian had to clean it up then the room smelled very fragrant the rest of the day… like sickeningly.
To make it worse, I actually dropped a lightbulb on monday and the custodian had to clean that too… so not a great start and he prob thinks I’m clumsy.

I went to Tesco’s to buy ingredients for my chicken & mushroom alfredo pasta but I had a pretty bad stomachache. Luckily I didn’t shit my pants, literally or else I’d have to stand up all the time until I get home.

I’m getting help don’t worry. But thanks for asking.

Trust me, bulimia is terrible! I can’t enjoy meals without feeling guilty like if I order takeaway or eat out at restaurants.

Can you eat healthy stuff at home instead then?

I do eat healthy stuff most of the time but as I have been diagnosed with bulimia, the signs I show are:

  • Excessive workouts at the gym (like 40 mins on treadmill and other workouts that involves weights)
  • Eating very small amount that looks like a kid’s portion (applies to both healthy and treat meals)
  • Calorie counting
  • Taking laxatives
  • Purging
  • Preoccupied with body & appearance
  • Avoids social gatherings
  • Shuts everyone out
  • Has a strict eating schedule

Even though I am still getting help for this, I am also keeping a food diary so I can show the nurse what I have been eating. I usually do get back to eating normal after a cheat meal. It’s just that when I get forced to eat, I don’t bother eating it because I do eat very small around other people.
