I think that because of unrealistic goals towards a perfect body, diet trends are made by people desperately trying to achieve the unachievable so when the diet they are trying doesn’t work they try the next one, then the next one etc.
I think it’s because of the messed up society which expect certain “standards” from people, thus making those people feel insecure and wishes to fulfil those “standards” in a short time.
I agree with everyone! But I guess when it comes to going on a diet for your health there have to be different options depending on what someone can or can’t eat, like or don’t like… What works for their body
