i’m definitely not the target audience for this but it’s a nice blog! and i’m sure some of my friends would find it helpful
i wanted to add to this:
Forgetting to Take Regular Breaks
there’s something called the “Pomodoro Technique”, which is extremely helpful for this exact thing
it lets your brain “breathe” while you work
and it works for anything, not just revising
i use it a lot with writing!
