No we won’t and it bothers me when people think we will. We can’t “run out” of something that doesn’t disappear once consumed. Like, do you listen to a song then delete it forever? No 
Running out of new music doesn’t seem likely either, people always wanna make music and music is everywhere, it’s a big part of our existence.

How on Earth can we run out of music? That’s like asking if we’ll run out of art. It seems more likely that we’ll run out of original ideas for films or tv shows… Whoops. Too late… kidding, sort of.
I don’t even think it’s possible to run out of ideas in music. Music, like any art form (or pretty much anything that humans do) is a collaborative process. You learn from and build on the work of musicians who came before you. Sometimes, that might mean trying to think outside of the box and do something completely different. However, a lot of the time, it means working with the melodies and chords that other people have used and reworking it into something special.
Like think of Evanescence and how they used Mozart’s Lacrimosa to make their song ‘Lacrymosa’!
