Judas decided to listen in on the conversation since he was standing there already.
“So this girl killed Charles, and we don’t get to kill her?”
He looked up from his shoes in surprise. Before he could ask a question, the girl plopped the monster in his arms to carry.
“Thanks sour face.” He said, referring to her facial expression towards him earlier. The question was still on his mind.
“So, did Charles actually die?” He asked while starting to lead them to the quarantine room.
